NTOCYTA

My grandparents were married over fifty years ago and still playing the game that had begun when they started dating. The rule of the game was that you had to write the word "Ntocyta" in an unexpected place for the other and anyone who finds the writing should find somewhere else and so on. They took turns leaving "Ntocyta" written all over the house, and so when you find it, it was their time to hide in another place so that the other finds. They wrote "Ntocyta with fingers in the sugar in the sugar or flour in the pot so that the next to go to find her cooking. They wrote in the window gaiety clouded by giving to the patio where my grandma gave us cake that she did it with such affection. "Ntocyta" was written in the steam left on the mirror after a hot bath, where the word would appear after the next bathroom.

Once my grandmother to unroll an entire roll of toilet paper to leave "Ntocyta" on the last sheet and rolled all over again. There were no limits to where "Ntocyta" arise. Bits of paper with "Ntocyta" rolled appeared scrawled in the car they shared. The papers were stuffed inside shoes and left under pillows. "Ntocyta" was written with the finger in the dust on the shelves. This mysterious word was part both of my grandparents' house as furniture. I have enough time for me to begin to fully understand and enjoy this game they played. My skepticism never let me believe in one true love, it can be really pure and duradero.Sin But never doubt the love between my grandparents. This love was deep. It was more than a fun game, was a way of life.

Their relationship was based on a devotion and passionate love that not everyone is fortunate to have. The grandfather and grandmother were always they could with their hands clasped. They stole kisses at each other, provided they were in that kitchen so small. They managed to finish the incomplete sentence and all the other days resolved together the daily crossword. My grandma whispered to me saying how nice it was my grandfather, as the old man had become a beautiful and loving. Before each meal, they worshiped and gave thanks to God and blessings to those present for being a wonderful family, to continue always together and good luck.

But a dark cloud arose in the lives of my grandparents, my grandmother had breast cancer. the disease had appeared for ten years. As always, Grandpa was with her at every turn. He reassured the fourth yellow of them, which he had painted that color so she was always surrounded by sunlight, even when she had no strength to get out. The cancer was now again attacking her body. With the help of a cane and my grandfather's steady hand, they went to church every morning. And my grandmother was becoming increasingly weak, until finally, she could not get more out of home.

For some time, my grandfather decided to go to church alone, praying to God to take care of his wife. So, what everyone feared happened. The grandmother left. "Ntocyta" was recorded in yellow on the pink ribbons of vessels of flowers from the funeral of his grandmother. When friends began to leave, my aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and were gathered around Grandma one last time. My grandfather was left drawer next to my grandmother, and a good deep breath, began to sing for her. Through her tears and sorrow, the music emerged as a song that came from within his very being.

I felt very sad, I'll never forget that moment. Because I knew that without even fully understand the depth of that love, I had been privileged to witness the unparalleled beauty that it represented.

I bet at this point you may be wondering:

"But that means NTOCYTA?."
